Fixodent Plus Food Barrier Denture Adhesive, Fresh Flavour 40g x 3 Multipack

I just finished a competitors product as it was recommended to me. I couldn’t even use it all up before going back the Fixodent plus. It is the only one that I have found that has the strength to last all day long (and more), the adhesion is superb and, this company’s pricing means great value. What I love is that, once placed on your denture, there’s nothing else to do but put it in place, hold it for a minute and it’s all done

This keeps my upper dentures in place for the whole day, but only works for about 6 hours on my lower dentures. The small nozzle sometimes gets blocked up so I cut the tip down slightly in order to clear it. If you squeeze a small amount of fixative out before putting the cap back on, this normally stops the nozzle clogging up. However, this is probably the best denture fixative available.

This Fixodent Plus is decent denture adhesive but probably not as strong as the more expensive Fixodent. I apply in the morning but when eating of the evening they tend to loosen very quickly and fall out!! Best to put large amount of adhesive on to stay firm all day - warning = adhesive takes a lot of removing from upper mouth when retiring to bed!!

This item is not as good as the reviews say, well not for me anyway. It hardly lasted 4 hours and so i was disappointed. I have reverted back to my original. When i first put in on i thought i would use it sparingly as the right ups say about it oozing out the sides so i was very careful. It didn’t seem to bad at first then after a drink of coffee the plate started to become loose then after lunch the plate was just rattling around for want of a better word and i had to take them out! It says not to use again in the same day maybe because of the zinc in it i don’t really no so i was really disappointed with this particular item and won’t be using it again but i would recommend seller and the delivery was speedy.

Bonjour Le fixodent pour ma part ne dure que deux repas mais et régulier dans l'adhésif je trouve ça très réconfortant.

Best I have used so far and I will continue to purchase this product. Holds my dentures in place all day. Only downside to this seller is the size of the tube. You receive 3 x 40 gr tubes. Not 59gr as advertised. So if you look elsewhere, you can find 3 tubes for less inclusive of postage. As stated the product is excellent. Hence I will give 5 stars for this reason.
