I bought two of these and put them together by myself in two separate evenings. The first one took me about 3 hours. The second one only took about an hour and a half. Directions were easy to follow and not difficult for just one person. The quality is great for the price. Fits my 9 year old and my 5 year old girls very well. Overall very happy with this!

This was a suprise birthday gift for my 8 year old. Beautiful color as shown in pics. Tirelessly it took 5+hrs to put together with the tools provided. All compartments, drawers, hooks, magnetic removable light and the desk style is exactly like pictured. One downfall was I couldn't get the adjustable desk top completely flat. Other thing unexpected was the short height of desk. I put 2 of the foam pads from the box packing underneath the two ends to raise the desk up a bit so my daughter's knees have more leg room space from the bar underneath. After all said and done, the desk is petite and perfect for her room and organization.

Shipping went smoothly, put it together by myself within a couple of hours. Only issue was the door. It comes with pre-cut holes for the corner brackets to fit into but one hole wasn't cut as smoothly as the other. Door ended up splitting when I tried to force the bracket on. Customer Service (contacted Seller not Amazon) responded immediately and had a new door delivered within a week. Replacement had 2 smoothly pre-cut circles which made installing it a breeze.Pros - perfect kid size for our 6 yr old grandkid with room to grow. Quiet close door, screw covers, desk top that goes up and down and a wonderful removable desk lamp with several lighting options.Cons - really just the door which they replaced. I also initially installed the movable desktop lift bracket (under the table top) upside down which hindered it from going up and down properly. If you can't get the top to easily rise and stay at 3 levels for placing a book etc. on, try flipping the lift part around. If I can figure this out without getting my hubby involved, so can you!Just get it! The young kid in your life will love it!

The quality of the item is very poor. The desk is much smaller and shorter than expected, and the product images are quite misleading. After spending 3–4 hours assembling it, it’s difficult and frustrating to dismantle and return. Overall, it’s not worth the money and does not match the quality shown or promised.

This was a gift for our grand-daughter for Christmas and she loved it.It came well packed, instruction are illustrated and easy to follow.All the parts are well labelled and it was easy to put together.We were very pleased with this purchase.

I never know how things without photos will look, but needed desks for my homeschooled kids so I just purchased these. The box is heavy but I was able to bring it inside and up the stairs myself. There are a lot of pieces but the manual is very clear as to where everything goes. I didn't have time to use the manual screwdriver (came with item) so I used a drill (very gently.) All tools came with the desks and even had extra pieces for if you lose any. 2 negatives: there were not enough white round stickers to cover all of the screw locations, but just a personal preference. Also, I wish the overhead light has a rechargeable battery or took batteries because if the cord is not plugged in to the wall it will not work. Overall GREAT quality. The chair has some weight too it so it's not cheap quality, same for the desk. The desk does raise up depending on what your child will be doing. My kids love it, and I plan to purchase a cushion for the seats. Would 10/10 recommend.

Only wooden table we found with organizer and reclining desk for reading, writing and drawing.The wood quality is terrible. The writing desk broke with in a week after barely using it. Seller sent a replacement desk but I don’t think it will last more than a year.
