what are the dimensions of the grip?

Not sure what specifications you are looking for but I have this grip on two different putters and the grip fits on like any other putter grip.

Does it come with grip tape?

It does not - Amazon and Golf Works sell precuts and rolls

What does it mean by gravity?

Simply an opinion, I believe it means that the weight which runs down the grip provides counter weighting or “gravity” to the putter and smoothes the putter motion. At least this is what I experience after re-gripping my putters wish Evenroll.
