Birch Benders - Crepe and Cookie Mix Classic Masterpiece - 16 oz.

This is the only brand of pancake mix we use. It's organic and easy to make. You only need to add water. It's also vegan. I buy these on sale so they're a better value for the money. We get at least 2 breakfasts out of one bag, and there are 4 of us. The bag is 16 ounces and fits easily in my pantry. The pancakes are moist and spongy. We add chocolate chips and top with syrup. Delicious!

I am delighted to share my experience with the Organic Pancake and Waffle Mix by Birch Benders! As a busy mom always on the lookout for healthier options for my family's breakfast, I couldn't be more satisfied with this product. The first thing I noticed when the package arrived was the attractive and eco-friendly packaging, which was a bonus as it is something I always appreciate. I was also pleased to see that the mix is non-GMO and made from whole grains, which adds a nutritional boost to our morning meals. The preparation is super simple - just add water and mix! There's no need for eggs or milk, which makes this a perfect option for those with dietary restrictions or allergies. The consistency of the batter is perfect, and I found it very easy to cook both pancakes and waffles without any sticking or mess. Now, let's talk about the taste. These pancakes and waffles are absolutely scrumptious! They have a nice, hearty texture and a subtly sweet flavor that goes well with our favorite toppings like fresh berries, maple syrup, and a dollop of whipped cream. My family loves the fluffy, golden-brown goodness, and I've even received compliments from guests who couldn't believe they were made from a mix. Another great feature is the resealable pouch, which helps maintain freshness and makes storage a breeze. The 16 oz size is perfect for my family, as it lasts for several breakfasts and allows me to whip up a delicious and nutritious meal in no time. In conclusion, Birch Benders' Organic Pancake and Waffle Mix has become a staple in our household. The combination of ease, taste, and nutrition make it a breakfast game-changer for us. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a convenient, healthy, and delicious pancake and waffle mix!
