I really like these
I really like these filters for my Aeropress. I'd kind of wanted some unbleached filters and these are just what I was looking for. Size is right and they work just perfectly. I'm not exactly sure why, but I find these filters fascinating. They have a texture to them that reminds me of crepe paper. I've included a picture with some lighting to highlight it. The end result is a stack of filters that expands quite a bit out of the package, enough so that the stack of filters is significantly taller than the filter holder that comes with the Aeropress. So, if you put the entire package of filters into the holder (as I did), the stack of filters will extend a decent amount above the top of the holder for a couple weeks until you use up some filters. In terms of performance, the extra thickness doesn't seem to get in the way at all. The filters seal in place just fine and work just fine. Frankly, I like the textured surface. I suspect that it gives more surface area to the filter, though I don't really notice any particular difference in terms of performance. They just seem a tad fancier than your run of the mill filter. I'll be buying them again. 'Cause I'm fancy. Two thumbs up. Highly recommended.

Makes nice crema with the right coffee
I'm going to re-order these. I've been satisfied with my firts set of 350. I also tried the perforated metal disks, which work OK. But they do not filter as fine as this does, and the flavor is not much different. And I love the crema I get with Peets and certain other brands of coffee!

The better filter
These filters have been my choice for some time. I appreciate them because 1) they generally lie flat on the strainer when pre moistened 2) they are unbleached 3) due to the texture they are easy to lift out of the filter holder.

Great. Simply great.
These are perfect for my aero press. Can be reused several times if you want, but even if I don't reuse it, the pack lasts the better part of year. They don't leave a gross aftertaste either.

good but could be great...???
not convinced that these are equal to the paper filters that came with the unit originally.they are slightly larger than the opening which sometimes leads to the paper"twisting" as you put the cap on. Especially if you pre-wet the element. In it's defense I've gotten less "blowout" using the over other alternatives.I'll define "blowout" as coffee not going through the basket and into your container but running down the side of the vessel.YES, I REALIZE THAT IS WHAT THE FUNNEL IS FOR, I just don't want to pack that when space is limited.in summary a reasonable alternative to the factory filters (350 for 4.99) when unavailable

Great reusable filters for Aeropress. (Yes, you can rinse and reuse them!)
Two key take aways:- filters fit Aeropress perfectly (no grinds getting through)- no difference in the taste of the coffeeI ordered these filters because I forgot to bring some with me while traveling. These Aeropress filters had the fastest delivery with the best current reviews. They arrived the day after I ordered them. I used them for the rest of 2 weeks I was away. They worked perfectly. One review mentioned that the coffee drains through this filter faster. I agree with this reviewer on that point. That being said, I didn't notice a difference in the taste of my coffee, and there wasn't any residue in the bottom my coffee mug.As I first went to write this review, I noticed it said these were REUSABLE filters. I tried it out. I rinsed and reused the same filter 3 times. I did not see a difference between the first and last cup. Background about my coffee preferences in case it matters. I usually grind my own coffee. While I was away I used already ground coffee. I go between Death Wish and No Fun Jo Decaf depending on my caffeine need. Both of these coffees are on the dark side. Not a fan of mild or light coffee. Also I heat my water to 185°. Any hotter and I feel like there is a burnt taste.

Love them. Perfect for 4-5 cup moka pot.
I purchased these for my moka pot (stove top coffee maker) as paper filters remove some of the acidity in coffee and also I suck at grinding coffee so there’s always some grind getting through the metal filter and into my coffee. These little filters fit my 4-5 cup moka pot perfectly and do the job exactly right. I’m not cleaning them and reusing them like some dude who lives in the woods tho. They’re cheap enough that I can buy one of these packets a year. No need to hang dry little discus’ around my apartment like I survived the apocalypse.

Better than white aeropress filters for some applications
The main difference between these filters and the white aeropress filters is that the 2pour has a looser ‘weave’ of paper fibers and lets more oils and occasionally some very fine grounds through. This is preferable if you are using the inverted method and looking for a big bold extracted style. You’ll get French press extraction but a much cleaner cup.If you prefer a cleaner V60 pour over style, and aren’t using the inverted method, I would stick to the white aeropress filters.Personally, I love and prefer the 2pour filters. The beauty of the aeropress is the ability to replicate so many brew styles and this is just another tool to do so.
