Smell's like what a man makes in their body.
It smells like something that only men produce in their bodies if you know what I mean. The taste is foul, but I wouldn't be able to tell you if it tastes that way too. It seems to be doing the thing I got it for.

IT WORKS. OH, BUT THE SMELL...
The results are immediately obvious—you won't need to wait. However, the odor is positively gag-inducing. Is it worth it? You decide.

Good taste
This supplement is new to me . It was recommended by a nutritional doctor. Too soon to know if it will help with my health. The taste is good.

Get The Pump When You Pump Iron
I have been consuming an arginine or a citrulline or an arginine+citrulline supplement for over a decade and I can tell from the flavor what I am having and I would not have believed it in the beginning but the combination tastes far better than either alone. I also had a better experience at the gym with the particular combination in this product than I've had with just citrulline or just arginine. I take some choline and this product about 45 minutes before the gym and I am told that I change colors quite wildly for an hour. I feel the combination in the upper part of my ears and, if I had to put a single name on how they feel, I would say they feel "red". This, the choline, and the 46 sec lifting and 2 minutes lifting gave me a kick ass pump that I particularly enjoy in the winter. Over time, I lose a little more fat and gain a little more muscle and there is more weight on the bar. It isn't a miracle cure and one shouldn't have to say that something is not a steroid, however, it is effective over time. Part of that is the pump and part of that is that when I get more citrulline, even if it is not citrulline maleate, I don't really get sore so I get to train harder the next day.I think that it mixes ok all thing consider, it isn't glutamine bad but it isn't glycine good, it just is. Personally, the flavor is considerably better than citrulline by itself and I just shovel it in five grams at a time and I take ten grams before the workout and --this is important-- unless you already consume an excess of glutamine, add at least 15g of glutamine to inhibit the activity of the enzyme arginase. Inhibiting arginase means that the level of arginine in the blood stays up and the citrullines go to the kidneys and (add aspartic acid and a few more steps) and transform into arginine and that means more nitric oxide being delivered to the arteries in the muscles and more blood filling in the muscle. The best part? Muscle is the largest store of glutamine in the body so after workout, the glutamine gets taken up into the muscle and maybe you are an ounce or two bigger between the creatine, the glutamine, and the water inflow. Over time, a little here and a little there, all of which works better with a supplement that has what the label says, and pretty soon you are talking real mass. One last thing, while I do consume arginine pyroglutamate for other purposes, I guarantee that it will not work in terms of increasing the amount of arginine while inhibiting arginase, in no small part because the molecule in question is glutamate rather than glutamine. This supplement has a perfect mixture because I can just shovel it in and believe me, citrulline's flavor, by itself, would stop you in your tracks.

When it Comes to Pumps & Recovery I’ve Noticed a Difference
So, I'm always looking for ways to boost my workouts, and I've been experimenting with L-arginine and L-citrulline lately. I picked up this Dorado Nutrition supplement, and I've been pretty happy with it.I've read a lot about how these amino acids help with nitric oxide production. Basically, that means better blood flow, which is crucial when you're pushing yourself in the gym. I've definitely noticed a difference in my pumps. I feel like I can get a little more out of each set, and my muscles feel fuller.I've been taking it both before and after my workouts. Before, it gives me a nice little energy boost without the jitters you get from some pre-workouts. And after, I feel like it helps with recovery. My muscles don't feel as sore the next day. I'm not saying it's a miracle worker, but it definitely seems to help.I also like that it's just straight L-arginine and L-citrulline – no fillers or junk. It's made in the USA and they third-party test it, both things I look for in supplements. Overall, I'd recommend this supplement if you're looking for a natural way to support your workouts. It's helped me with my pumps, energy, and recovery, which is exactly what I was looking for.

"I will likely be very selective when I use it"...
I like this brand as it presents very well and I have used their products in the past. They state they are GMP certified and indicate they are 3rd party tested. It would be nice to know which company did the testing.Made in the USA is another plus. The scoop size is tiny and the container is nicely loaded so this will last you a while. The cons for me were that I felt like my body temperature rose and my sweating got worse and I believe for hours. I will test this again on a day where I am doing multiple fitness activities like shooting hoops and following it up with core work. Then I will hydrate well after and shower and see what occurs. Since it is possible I was slightly dehydrated I will give it another go and see.Unfortunately it did not bring me a ton of energy as I am suffering from a sinus infection but I do feel there was some effect. Again, the future trial will tell me more.
