Good for vegetarians deficient in Vitamin D
After my blood test results came back, my doctor told me that I was deficient in Vitamin D and would need to take Vitamin D3 supplements. Vitamin D2 apparently does not absorb as well, but finding Vitamin D3 from a vegetarian source can be difficult. Bluebonnet not only uses vegetarian capsules, but derives the Vitamin D3 from lanolin, instead of a non-vegetarian source like fish. The price is not bad either. My follow-up blood test showed that my Vitamin D was in the normal range after taking these every day. I am very glad I found this supplement!

great no gelatin
I wanted vitamin D that has no gelatin and this brand was one of the few that didn't. The capsules are small and easy to swallow and you only need to take one a day.
