My Turkish husband uses a double boiler stainless steel teapot and adds cold water to the lower teapot. Don’t fill above the spout so air can escape during the boil. The top pot will have just half inch of water and 2 heaping tablespoons of the loose tea. Bring the double boiler to boil. When you see steam abundantly escaping use the boiled water from the bottom pot to fill the top pot just to the spout so air can escape. Add cold water to the bottom pot and return to boil. Then turn on low heat just keeping warm. The tea ‘rests’ 2-5 minutes before pouring. You will need a tea strainer over your cup to pour infused tea from the top pot into your cup just one fourth to one third full. Then fill remainder of your cup with boiled water from the bottom pot. Beautiful Turkish tea concentrate will appear as reddish brown liquid and lightens when you add boiled water. If you enjoy sweetener you may add. He adds a tiny amount to the tea leaves in the top pot during the boil. Turkish tea warms throughout the day at the ready for a refreshment. Enjoy!!

What is the difference between this tea in pink package from Caykur and the ones in black and yellow package?

Follow these instructions to make a Turkish tea: 
 Use Turkish tea pot (two parts of a teapot put one above the other). The one at the bottom is bigger than the one on the top 
 -Boil 5 cups of water in a bottom teapot.
 -Transfer about 2 cups into the top pot.
 -Add in black tea leaves into the top pot.
 -Pour extra 2 cups into the bottom pot and put the top pot over it.
 -Let it boil over medium low heat.
 -Wait it over the lowest heat until the tea leaves in the top pot sink.
 -It’s ready in about 10 min.
 -When serving, pour 1/4 of a glass with tea and fill the rest with hot water.
 -It’s optional to add sugar into your cup before drinking.

The best way is with a double boiler tea pot, where one sits on top of the other.  Add just water to the lower pot  and water and tea to the top pot.  Put on the stove for about 20-30 minutes.  The upper port with the tea will be very concentrated, so you pour some of the hot water from the lower pot into the tea cup and them some from the upper pot.  Anyone can blend their tea to their preferred strength.  A glass teacup works best so you can judge its strength by the color.

I WOULD NOT...  TURKISH TEAS AND COFFEES ARE DELICIOUS HOWEVER THEY ARE MADE TO BE SUTTLEY COOKED...   YOU MIGHT BURN THE  TEA IF YOU COOK IT WITH THE INFUSER...  JUST SAYING..
