Don’t waste your money.
The product arrived in great shape. These capsules were easy to swallow.However, I got no benefit from it. I was looking for ease in weight loss as I incorporated this into a diet and exercise program and it made no difference for me. Even though I took it for two months. It makes me wonder about its purity as a lot of supplements on Amazon I hear may not contain what it says it does. I trust clinical grade supplements more that come from healthcare practitioners.
