i have tummy issues so does my dad. old guy plumbing not so great. i use this stuff myself i prefer it over other brands as it doesn’t clog the pipes so to speak but controls occasional tummy issues quick. they are a capsule not softgel. not too big a pill. very effective. good price. swallow with lots of water to avoid the aftertaste dissolving in your mouth if left on your toungue too long. lasts a long time. easy to take tote around no stupid packaging requiring scissors like other brands. a must have in the car your medicine cabinet purse.

Great to manage GLP1 side effects
This is the only stuff that works to settle down my post GLP1 side effects. Sometimes they seem to take a while to kick in over liquid but I love I can throw a few in my pocket if I need them later. No bad taste or weird texture, easy to swallow.
