This is the best cellphone purchase I ever made. The phone is exceptional with features, and durability. I highly recommend this phone if you want a phone that will last. You don't have to be concerned with the phone breaking because you dropped it, or got water on it. The company that I purchased it from is also exceptional. Daniel, the customer service representative that I have been dealing with has helped me with post purchase questions. This phone waa started to glitch and freeze randomly the past weeks since i got it i googled and found out it was a common issue on this phone last night it totally went boot loop and no way to do even recovery mode or hard reset. Frustrated the price of 1k$+ unbreakable body but terrible software in gaming wild rift was laggy and not smooth not i expected. Now i have expensive brick in hand.

The box, its contents. Everything is generally of high qualityWith a pleasantly slim, rugged design that's surprisingly handy for an outdoor phone. Its build quality is robust, it sits comfortably in the hand, and is comfortable to use even in everyday life.The screen on the back is cool and funny. This screen is a real plus. It can customize the watch face, access music, photography, notifications, messages, battery status, and more.

Would love to give it more stars. But the camera is laggy. Doesn't focus well. I downloaded an AI camera app that improved it but still not great... The thermal, battery, performance, all 5 stars but regular 50mp camera for its claims is quite lacking... I think even the infrared camera works better than the main 😒. Solid durability. I think it's a solid $800 phone not worth the $1200 price tag sadly.

This has been an amazing phone to use. The battery life lasts all day, and then some, even with constant usage. I had a little hiccup with the initial setup (likely because of something I did), and was able to reach out to customer service and they were nothing short of wonderful to work with. This is my 2nd Ulefone device and they have been completely reliable. There was nothing wrong with my original device, an Armor 26 HT, just wanted to update to a newer version of Android. This phone feels solid and durable. The best feature, aside from no bloatware, is the cost is far more reasonable than the "bigger" brands.

So far so good on TMobile in US. If anything changes I'll update the review. Might vision is really nice. Phone is very fast and plenty of storage and gadgets. Only flaw is the main camera. Even though it has the 1" sensor it takes photos just like a One plus Nord my wife has, which isn't that good. It only zooms digitally to 4x as well. So if you're looking for a really nice main camera. This isn't the one for you. But all the other features and the fact I have professional cameras, I still give this 5 star.

Worst phone ever I returned it sealed inbox and still haven’t gotten a refund or response for a month.

The best phone I've had ! Didn't upgrade to android 15 as advertised though.
