Factory seal broken and resealed, not willing to use this in my family home
The first time I ordered this product the seal was broken as as its for use with drinking water I returned the item and ordered a replacement. The replacement arrived and again the factory seal was broken and had been resealed. For items that are essentially being used in the human food chain you would expect a a quality safe product to be delivered that had not been tampered with.

Overpriced(everywhere) but required and does work for 6 months. More convenient than using filter jugs.

The recommended retail price is expensive from the start and it is way overpriced as there are few suppliers of this item. Not the fault of the supplier and the product is the genuine article which is easy to fit but just wish I hadn't had the filter tap fitted in the first place so my bad

Arrived resealed, twice!
Resealed package, requested a replacement but this was resealed too per pictures. Ended up collecting one from Screwfix for £61.89 but the seal was good and these are excellent filters.

Sieht gleich aus, ist er aber wohl nicht.
Wir haben den Filter für unser Grohe blue Home System bestellt, da der Grohe Filter original von BWT hergestellt wird. Das Gewinde, der Filtereinlass sowie die Ringe um den Filteteinlass sehen optisch 1:1 gleich aus wie der Grohe von BWT Filter. Aber irgendwo muß eine mikroskopisch kleine Abweichung sein. Er ließ sich ums verrecken nicht eintreten.
