I personally take one gummy per day to be more aligned with daily recommended dosages. They taste good enough that I view them as a sin-less treat however.The only reason I gave these 4 out of 5 stars is the product does not state anywhere on it where they are made. Why isn't this required? I always assume that if they don't state where it was made, then it must be made in China. :-( I don't know that for sure though, and you'll have to decide if that bothers you or not.Overall, this is a thoughtfully formulated supplement with a clean ingredient list and a taste that makes daily use easy to stick to. Gummies taste fantastic, almost candy like. Supplement dosage though is a tad high and not something I would take on the daily basis. The dosage strength is comparable to what I've been prescribed by a doctor for vitamin D deficiency. While it should be fine to take once or twice a week, I wouldn't take more without medical guidance.

The gummies taste OK. I hope they have a good nutritional content. The company has a pretend location in the US, which makes me feel not so confident in their products. Why not just be transparent?This brand, Natural Bioscience, lists an address in Houston, Tx which is not really their location. It's actually the address of USA2Me, a fulfillment business that gives international companies a US address they can use, and helps them with their shipping. I can see that from there, the trail shows Natural Bioscience has a Canadian address. I don't know if it stops there or goes to yet another country. I wish they were transparent and were really based in the US (where I would know they have FDA oversight in their food manufacturing), rather than pretending to be based in the US. The lack of transparency makes me feel less confident in the quality of these supplements. Not sure what to think.

I ordered these because my physician has requested that I take D3 and Magnesium. I was very pleased to find a gummy that had both of these, as well as calcium, which is very good for your body. I have been taking these and have had no negative effects from them. They taste very good, and because they are gummies, they are easy enough for anyone to take. I am very happy with the vitamin content in these, and I do feel better after taking them. They are a good quality, and you receive 60 gummies, and take two pre day. The price is excellent for the product, since you are getting a lot of vitamins in this small gummy. I am happy with my purchase and will continue to use these and purchase them again. I would definitely recommend these to others.
