Good nutritious drink
The mix is good to improve iron level in the body which helps in oxygen flow & improves the brain development. The powder is mix in warm water but I use to mix it in luke warm milk it gives a good taste my children likes the taste and insist for more. Give more nutrition to the kid with the sugar free powder.
