I've used this to make salad dressing and cook while doing the elimination diet!It's so good & good for you!

I have a sensitive stomach and usually can't tolerate vinegar, even in small amounts, but a number of years ago I discovered a wonderful Raw Coconut Vinegar that really worked well for me, and since then I've been eating pickled beets every day - very good for digestion! - the other brand discontinued its raw coconut vinegar product. So I tried the Dynamic Health product - it arrived today, just in time to make the pickled beets! Eureka! This vinegar is, if anything, even milder than the other brand, has (imo) a great flavor, and I can actually drink it! Amazing, and so grateful for the availability of this product! (And it is a bigger bottle for a comparable price.)

It's really good but it's not cheap.

I love coconut vinegar as I have found it to offer a stronger acidic flavor. It is not over powering as it blends well in making sauces, or picking. Put away those commercial bottled dressings and make at home your own vingaretts (a nice robust flavored olive oil, pinch of garlic, coconut vinegar) you have a base for a wonderful treat. I do post home salad recipes, keep an eye out for them - they are easy and tasty

I am taking this for my health, Apple Cider Vinegar is hard on my stomach. I am on Atkins diet and reached a plateau. Adding a few drops in water for breakfast, lunch, and dinner has helped my digestion improve and I am down to a weight I have not seen in over 8 years! Amazing! Keep in mind this does not mean I can eat whatever I want, but with this I believe I will be back to a healthy weight and better health this year. Hope this information is helpful.

WOW! MY TASTE BUDS ARE AWAKE NOW! At first your mouth just does not know what to do 😯 I have had apple cider vinegar for a long time, but this has a flavor note that you just can't anticipate. Suggest first taste is a small teaspoon not just but gulp. 😱 shocking, but you want more. 😵 repeat? You bet! Once you get past the shock like me, you know those salads will never be boring again! Your taste buds adjust after the first few uses and you finally decide I GOT TO GET ME SOME MORE OF THIS! 😀 the packaging is very good and I got deliver on time and in good condition. Give it a try, if it's not your cup of tea..you can always strip paint. Just joking! I hope they don't change this product with a new and improved version. Enjoy! Have been using coconut secret brand which I love and they are no longer making so tried flavor very different will use but won’t buy again will have to find something else sorry
