Great flavor
This salt has been great for cooking. The flavor is rich and salty. You can taste the difference immediately in whatever you use this in. This gives your food a more savory flavor than regular table salt. This contains 4x the minerals as Celtic salt. Although the flavor is very similar. This is a moist salt as well. Don’t let it throw you off this is a sign of good quality salt. It retains a lot of moisture which is probably why it can also be so mineral rich. It is coarse and could be ground or just throw it in and let it break down. Has more of a white color than Celtic salt. Would buy again. Would recommend.

Mineral Rich Salt
I mainly got this salt to remineralize my reverse osmosis filtered water. For the use case I prefer the finely ground version of this salt. I wanted to try cooking and seasoning food with the coarse ground salt though because it looked like really good salt. It does have a different taste compared to regular table salt, almost like it has more depth and Earthy notes. I am also a fan of the raw state of the salt, no anti-clumping agents. Of course you will have clumpier salt because of this but it is easy to unclump it and I prefer doing that vs ingesting odd agents/chemicals. Since it is an unrefined sea salt, I’m afraid that most likely the microplastic content is quite high. Microplastics in water are unfortunately almost unavoidable in this day and age.

minimally processed salt
This Baja salt is moister than other Baja salts I've used. However, I'm familiar with moist salt, and I know it means it retains some of its natural moisture and is minimally processed, which isn't a problem for me. Taste-wise, it's clean and salty, but with subtle hints of sweetness and a briny, oceanic flavor. It's definitely less harsh and more refined than regular table salt. I use it in many dishes, but my family especially enjoys it in salads, where we can really appreciate its unique flavor and umami taste.

Good coarse sea salt
No complaints. I didn't expect it to be slightly moist - I think it's dry enough to probably still do OK in our grinder but so far I've just been pinching out of the pouch to season. Tastes like sea salt.It seems silly but I think what sets this sea salt apart is the pouch it comes in. Not only does it have a seal for easy reuse, it has a beautiful painting on the front. This is something I'd put in a housewarming basket, it looks so nice.

Very moist - good flavor
This Baja salt is very moist - more so than other Baja salts I've tried. It has a good flavor, and has a mellow, mineral taste. It is as sharp as table salt. Overall, I was impressed with the quality of this minimally processed salt.

Mineral Dense and Tasty!
Quality is excellent and I've tried natural Sea Salt from all over the world. I actually like this Baja offering better than my Irish sea salt.As damp as I expected - a bit sticky as well. Thankful that there are still products like this that aren't over-processed! Perfect to top off home made pretzels or for dipping a piece of dark chocolate in!!!Nothing to dislike about this healthier option. The process of collecting and minimally processing this gorgeous Baja Sea Salt is reflected in the price and I completely respect this. Will be a repeat customer!
