Cool and comfortable
Love this! Working at a desk it was hard for me to elevate my leg for icing and this velcro wrap is perfect. It isn't icy cold, which I can't tolerate for long anyway, but very cooling and comfortable. I can't imagine trying to ice my ankle without it.

Not fit for adults, won’t stay cold long enough to be useful.🤷
Howdy shoppers, well sadly this item is further proof that you get what you pay for- I didn’t pay much and I didn’t get much. The size is good for small jobs like hands and feet but for a large adult these wouldn’t be any good. That being said they don’t stay cold long enough to be of much use. Maybe for bumps and bruises on kids but you have to have several to be able to maintain cold on an injury. They ship dehydrated and flat and you have to soak them in water to rehydrate. I found that when I was drying mine after the soak that whatever is inside had leaked out a little near the ends of the pack.Having just had knee surgery I need ice for my joint but that ice has to stay frozen for at least 10-15 minutes to be effective. These last only about 3-5 min. Also you only get one pouch to put an ice pack in (that can be fixed to your body) and with the fast melt time switching ice packs in the pouch takes away from the effective time the pack should be on your body.I will add this caveat, my knee is very warm to the touch ( think fever warm) so this does affect the pack a little bit, but I found that handling the ice packs and moving them in and out of the pouch warms them up quickly (before ever reaching the knee).Spend the extra money on a better quality product so you can spend more time icing and less time fiddling with fast melting knock offs. If you have small kids I concede that for minor ouches these could be just enough to soothe, but that’s where their true efficacy ends.Well that’s my two cents! Good luck!

Works, but not ideal for certain areas
The ice pack itself stays cold for a good amount of time and feels well-made, but it’s definitely on the heavy side. I bought it to use on my shoulder, and unfortunately, it just doesn’t stay in place well unless I’m completely still or lying down.It seems more suited for knees or legs where you can strap it tightly. For areas like the shoulder, it’s awkward to position and hard to keep on the targeted spot. It does its job once you get it in place, but it’s not very practical if you’re hoping to move around or apply it to hard-to-wrap areas.

Great for surgery recovery!
When it arrived, it was in a very small package. However, after looking at the directions and following the directions it made sense. The ice packs I used without the cover for surgery recovery and they worked like a charm to help with the pain. I would def recommend!
