Yet another excellent Usborne book.

This, as well as the fractions book are brilliant!

Great hands on Math activities. Very engaging given the chosen themes. Introduces all common measurements such as length, perimeter, area, volume, weight and the concept of commonly used fractions, units, decimals. Often results need to be shown by colouring in or putting a sticker which helps with the motivation.

These books have been a fantastic buy during lockdown homeschooling. I’d recommend them for school years 2-4 obviously depending on their maths ability. The use of stickers and vivid colourful illustrations makes for a fun lesson.

Good book - however quite difficult for 5/6 year olds I think more suited to a 7 year old.

If you buy Usborne learning books you know to expect excellent resources the kids enjoy. This book is as good as the rest.

lovely books very informative good for young students

Very nice book. We are using it with our 5 year old and he loves the pictures and the different problems. It’s very kid friendly. I am happy to have found a book on this topic. It does require working with the child through each page. We use it as a way to motivate and introduce different concepts. Given his age we cover only about a page a day, but it’s a nice addition to all our other workbooks.

Unlike another book in this series ( Adding and Subtracting) i would say this is not for German school starters but a bit harder. But like vely book and series and we look forward to using it.
