These Good Day Chocolate Melatonin pieces are genius! The chocolate is delicious and actually tastes like a real treat, not a supplement. Excellent product! It arrived during a heat wave and I was afraid it would be melted since it’s chocolate. Instead, it was packaged perfectly with a cold pack. It came in perfect condition! There was even an insert with instructions on what to do if it had melted- impressive packaging and the product works, plus it’s delicious!

I picked up a little box of these at Whole Foods on a whim- chocolate to help you sleep? Awesome! Turns out, they ARE! I'd taken melatonin before, but the dosage I took was 3mg, and it left me groggy and made it hard to wake up, so I only took them when I absolutely had to. These, each chocolate is 1 mg, so it's easy to adjust your dose to your need. I generally have just one at night, and it's enough to actually make me drowsy a few minutes later, so I actually turn off my computer or put down my phone and get ready for bed (I set an alarm to remind me to take it- oh ADHD brain!). It's not too strong, so if I need to, or am feeling particularly stubborn about bedtime, like a grownup, I can stay awake, but it's enough to help me drift off and actually stay asleep a bit better. Obviously, each person's biology is different, so your results and dose will vary form mine. Anyhoo, I'm writing this as I prepare to order my second big jar of them- I 100% recommend them. Oh, and they're delicious too!

Horrible horrible taste. I have been taking this brand of melatonin for several years. They've always tasted great (someone said like m&m candies and I agree.) The one prior to this tasted just as it should. The one I just received however tastes AWFUL. I got one down the first night, thought maybe just an "off" one. But next night made sure I was near a garbage can... as soon as I bit down it was just as bad, so spat it out. These things are expensive. Have sent a message to the seller, waiting to hear back. If they have a bad batch they need to know about it. Will update this when I hear from them.
