Great clean stimulation and caffeine alternative!
First! Happy to review this product as I bought it without any reviews on Amazon. I've always been caffeine sensitive (especially to coffee.) Though i've responded well to caffeine adjacent molecules (like theobromine in yerba mate, and green tea/matcha which is caffeine/l-theanine.) I'd heard about theacrine years ago but never prioritized trying it. Well I'm glad I finally took the risk, as this compound has been amazing so far! I'm primarily using pre-workout at 50mg for a slight boost (as I train with a non-stim pre.) I occasionally use 50mg in the afternoon with low dose noopept and choline as a nootropic stack to finish a long work day. I really appreciate that this comes in 50mg capsules, as I'd read reports that 100mg felt like a lot for caffeine sensitive folks. That said, this is a very clean, gentle stim effect. No anxiety, jitters, or worrying. No need to stack with l-theanine either. Very smooth come up, subtle but noticeable effect and no crash/comedown. If you respond well to caffeine adjacent molecules (theobromine, dynamine, etc) then I'd strongly recommend giving this a try! Also check out DWS pre-workout mix which contains caffeine, theacrine, dynamine, and tyrosine, all balanced out by a healthy dose of l-theanine. I use DWS as a coffee replacement in the morning, then a non-stim pre in the evening for working out (+ theacrine on the days where i need a boost.) Thanks Nutricost for making these great products affordable and accessible!

Interfered with sleep and raised my BGL
Nutricost Theacrine as Teacrine 100 MG per Serving, 60 Capsules - 30 Servings, Vegan, GMO-Free ASIN #B0DZFHSQ3B I tried this looking to increase my overall daily energy, which is getting lower as I approach the 70 year mark. First off, it gave me a bit of nausea, which I thought might happen given the reviews, but it was minimal and got less over time. This didn’t really give me added energy, but I did notice the ability to focus on things was better somewhat. I tried one, then two first thing in the morning, and it also reduced my desire for coffee, of which I usually have about 2 cups a day. I went days without any coffee whatsoever and didn’t notice a difference in my energy levels. I also took this with Dynamine/methylliberine (Pure Nootropics) which also had similar effects but that is another review which I will post shortly after this one. First off, besides the nausea, this definitely interfered with my sleep. I could not fall into a restful sleep before about 3am, and I already have bouts of insomnia to begin with, but this was caused by the Teacrine because I stopped the Dynamine and still had trouble going into a restful sleep. And also when I stopped the Teacrine and just used the Dynamine I had the same issues with sleep. But this might not affect you if you don’t tend to have any sleep disorders, but I can’t guarantee it. But I must warn all potential purchasers of these products, both the Dynamine and Teacrine raised my BGL levels since day one, by about 50+ points average. Now that I’ve stopped taking both, my BGL levels are going back to normal. I have type 2 Diabetes, and can manage it well without medications sometimes if I don’t eat any refined carbs, such as flour, sugar, fruit juices, and snack chips. And yes meals sometimes are boring that way. I checked out these new supplements on the NIH website, like I do with all supplements before I try them out. And there is nothing about how these affect blood glucose levels, and that might very well be because no one checked on that during trials. Or they could just be hiding it, I trust NO online sellers anymore. I had to use double my Glipizide dosage just to get my blood sugar to the 120-160 range, testing with both Contour Next and Care Sens N. And that is just too high and unhealthy for me to maintain. And I can not say it will do this for everyone, differnent bodies react differently to supplements, some times drastically different. (I also use Black Seed Oil for BGL management and I can attest that does work, again another review forthcoming) But the two together still didn't get my BGL to accpetable levels while using the Teacrine. But because of that I can not recommend it. And I can see no world where I will be buying it again. The small boost in mental clarity and alertness is not large enough to warrant using these again. And most people might not even notice it. I can’t attest to using this before a big workout or going to the gym, because I can’t do to much of that anymore. So it could work very well to help someone mentally power through a heavy weight day or a long run or bike ride, but I didn’t use it for that. To sum it up, Teacrine and Dynamine both raise my BGL. The dosage of Teacrine was at most 3 caps in one morning or 2 caps and one or two Dynamine caps with it. Definitely could feel the difference in focusing on things, my Sudoku solving times got faster, I do them daily for about ½ hour and sometimes more, I find it helps keep my old brain working better overall. And iI did use this produt for about 6 to 8 weeks before stopping it. So down side is sleep deprivation and higher BGL if you have diabetes. Hope this helped, supplements is one of the most scammish businesses out there. And all we can go by with newer supplements is reviews and trial and error. Let me know below if my review helped you make an informed decision. I give this one star because of the BGL, and will not be buying it again. Peace out.

Effective, doesn't hurt to give it a go.
Before consuming this product I've read up on it a little. The advise was to use it in combination with caffeine. That was easy because I daily drink 180mg of it and it gets me thru half a day before I start slowing down. Adding this product to my daily routine I've noticed a consistent energy, my focus/alertness was above average so over all the effectiveness was noticeable. I'm still within a month in so all is new. I'm curious if I'll build a tolerance.

Didn’t work for me , but may work for others .
Don’t really notice any difference in how I felt afterwords. I eat clean and workout often so maybe that’s why. I also have a fairly high caffeine tolerance so that may prevent me from noticing any effects.

Novel stimulant
At higher doses it feels like a longer-acting caffeine, but without the jitters or crash. I use it with my morning caffeine/theanine and 400mg of theobromine and basically reduced my caffeine consumed to just the 200mg in the morning, down from like a gram. Nutricost is my go to brand for quality and cost effectiveness.
