The bags work with the vacuum sealer I've been using, which is one of the smaller ANOVA models. It works about as reasonably well as you'd expect for sous vide cooking. I've never had a bag tear or fall apart on me in the sous vide bath. I haven't really used these for keeping food fresh, however I don't have any reason to believe that these bags would be any worse than a different brand. It feels relatively sturdy.

I've been purchasing these for a while now for my Food Saver machines. They work perfectly and are much more cost effective than the original bags and rolls. I get the 25' rolls so they fit perfectly inside the internal storage compartment.

Didn't fit into my food saver. But I am able to make smaller rolls to use them up. They do not seal as well as the actual food saver brand rolls

We have an annual time where we prepare pork, beef and deer into various combinations of sausage, ground meat and various cuts for use throughout the year. These are packaged in vacuum sealed bags and stored in our freezer and pulled out as needed. We have found that these rolls work very well in our food saver and give us the most for our money. I think this is now the fourth (??) time that we've ordered, and we weren't disappointed. The rolls worked well, sealed up the various cuts of meat in the portion sizes we wanted. When we need to unpack a package, the meat is "fresh" and tastes great after being prepared (whether we're cooking in a pan, oven, or on our smoker/grill. This has been a great choice for us.
