Yes, this will truly help your core, but you will truly need a 1st aid kit for all the bruises.....PLEASE do not try this on concrete first. Especially if you are a fat 41 year old Korean computer dude.I use a wall or a rope to hold onto as I get use to the balance....awesome core work out but buy ice packs. My favorite balance and core strength trainer that I've ever experienced. Within a week of using it I noticed I had better balance and control while snowboarding. Can't wait to see where it takes me when I master more of the positions and movements.

I've tried the original Indo board and fell in love with it and I was nervous about trying the pro but it has been awesome and allows me to do a wider range of activities.
