I’ve been taking this omega fish oil for a few weeks now and have definitely noticed improvements in my overall wellness—my joints feel less stiff, and I seem to have a bit more energy throughout the day. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t have a strong fishy aftertaste, which I appreciate. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I wish the serving size was smaller for the same dosage, but overall, it’s a solid product that delivers on its promises. I have found I’m bruising easier and this is common with taking fish oil.

Excellent quality fish oil supplement! I have taken the Nordic Naturals fish oil for many years but as you probably already know it’s expensive! But price comes second in my list of priorities when it comes to supplements with quality coming first. I feel like this product meets both requirements. I like. The extra strength version because you only have to take one capsule instead of 2 or 3. You can look at the capsule and see how crystal clear this fish oil looks. No fish burps either! Highly recommended!

Very high quality! I see why these are highly rated. They truly seem better than any other omega supplement I’ve used. Omega’s are a big part of my regimen as I’m healing a L5-S1 disc herniation holistically.
