Do not buy from this person. Does not respond to question, is not direct from Dell, Dell will not provide service on it, unless they owner transfers ownership, which they do not do or respond. So while it comes packaged exactly like a straight from Dell Alienware laptop, you in fact (per dell) do not own it, and can never get service on it.
