Broken Rails and No Customer Service
Both slatted side rails arrived broken and the crib cannot be assembled with the broken parts. I reached out to Amazon for instructions on how to get replacement parts. Amazon directed me to reach out to Graco customer service - which I did. Graco then directed me to Storkcraft customer service. I emailed Storkcraft customer service over a week ago and I have not received a response. After a week, I called customer service and they instructed me to send an email (which of course, I already had) but they were no help otherwise. Between being redirected twice and now waiting for help from Storkcraft, it's been almost two weeks since I received the broken crib and still waiting. I would normally just return a broken item to Amazon and request a replacement, but the packaging was so cumbersome and the box is so heavy that I really didn't want to re-pack the crib for shipping/pickup. I was a little disappointed when the crib arrived broken, but understand that these things happen - so that was no big deal. This really has turned into a hassle - which I would mostly attribute to the atrocious customer service at Storkcraft. I will update if my problem gets resolved.

Good but read first
Its stunning but the drawers does not have cover, so if you put anything on them, can be visible.And came with some scratches.

Great crib!
My husband built this all by himself, it was super simple and made in less than an hour, very sturdy too! The only negative is how long it took to ship but totally worth waiting almost 2 weeks

Easy enough to put together. Haven’t used it yet but it seems to be well made. Little pricey for a crib but the added storage makes it worth it.

Poor quality
I was super excited about this crib. Disappointed upon opening the box. Poor quality. Poorly made. All parts came damaged. The wood was warped. It appears that they tried to re-ship a crib that someone returned that was damaged. Now I’m stuck with it due to time and the hassle of having to return such a huge package.
