Love the deep, rich colour. It was easy to use and conditioned my hair as well as colouring it. Be warned though - it says that it will wash out after 3 - 6 washes. It won't. It gradually faded to pink, but was much more permanent than I was given to believe. That said, I really liked it, so I decided to just re-do it. I have short, grey hair and it was enough to do around 3 applications (which is a bit of a bargain for hair colorant). The colour comes out exactly as it shows on the box if you have grey hair. I love it, so I'm ordering more.

Always have Fire red shade and it’s beautiful on my dark auburn hair. Ordered as usual this week, right box and tube. Wasn’t really apparent until I’d used over half the tube that it was morello and not fire red!!I now resemble a jar of co op beetroot and it doesn’t suit my colouring at all!And because these are quite long lasting toners I guess I’m stuck with it for at least three weeks.Glad I’m not going to a wedding or holiday and it’s wise to just try a bit before you wallop a whole tube on your hair!

Love this product. So easy to use. I’m allergic to chemical dyes so this really makes me happy. No reactions, nice shiny hair. I usually use the aubergine. I have dark hair so it gives it a nice purplish red shine. Great for those with allergies and sensitivities

Easy and pleasant to use, covers grey well.I like the colour but it was a little darker than I expected.I have reordered in a red shade which is hopefully brighter.

Very good and natural colour for blonde hair or grey

I bought this at the start of the school summer 6 weeks holidays as my son wanted to dye his hair for the first time. It stated it was semi permanent making this product fade or to be washed out within 6-10 washes. Ideal for what I thought would be a very temporary short lived hair colour change..... 4 weeks, several and many hair washes later, 20+, the hair colour is still as vibrant as the first application!! Which is great for those that want a permanent colour, but now I am a panicked mother having to buy a permanent hair colour to turn his hair back to normal before school starts, so he doesn't get sanctioned.THIS IS NOT WASH OUT HAIR DYE!It's amazing on his hair and I may use it myself, as it's not damaged or dried his virgin hair out! Great hair colour and lasts longer than some permanent hair dyes.

I have been dying my hair for over 20 years now and recently I wanted use a more natural product to cover my grays (the vanity is very real) so I gave this a try.I have been using it for about a year now, it took some getting used to as before 30mins and you rinse, this you leave it for 3-4 hours. I learned to work with this and now I leave it over night. The product is so easy to apply and I cover it with a plastic bag (cut small hole for my ears) then over that I put on a snug cotton hat to cover everything up, get on with my day then hop to bed.My hair is doing so much better now with this product (still recovering from the chemical that I put my hair through all them years)

I really loved the initial result of this hair dye — the colour was beautiful, more of a rich aubergine than the advertised cappuccino tone, which suited me perfectly. It was also very easy to apply, with a smooth texture that coated the hair evenly.Unfortunately, the colour didn’t last. Within just a few days, it started to wash out, and by the end of the week it was almost completely gone. What was left looked dull and flat, leaving my hair looking quite sad.A great shade and application experience, but the longevity really let it down.
