Can this be used in truffles?

I haven’t used in truffles I used it for bread but sorry to say but didn’t work for me at all

Will you supply a certificate of analysis and a material safety data sheet with the product?

I purchased this material, did not supply it It seemed to be pure, good grade as promised. Material was dry , dissolved fully in water giving a clear solution without residue. Taste was appropriate and it seemed to prevent mold growth as expected. I believe the product is as advertised, the seller reputable and I would purchase it again if needed. BTW msds is available online for this and almost any commercial product.

What is the density (or, specific gravity) of sodium propionate?

Data was difficult to find… An MSDS reports the crystalline density as 1.52 Powdered material has a much lower density… A two-pound paper package has dimensions of 9x14x19cm, which calculates to a powder density of roughly 0.38g/cm3.
