The carbon fiber rails on this make it very light weight and the sliding action is extremely smooth. It is versatile on and off the tripod. The rubber feet allow for leveling on uneven surfaces. There are multiple mounting options too (3 on the base and 3 on each side). It is a good inexpensive option for an entry level slider.

The zecti slider is great for the price but ended up not using it. The screw thread did not fit my tripod head at all. Was very disappointed. Is there any way of changin the screw out? The description said 1/4 but doesn't look like that size when in front of me. No other complaints except for that though. Any way of changing the screw out?

Super balanced and really great quality especially for $40. Really smooth and just right.
