They are the strength it says on the box 0.4.

Is this product in resealable small bottles?

They come with 6 sealed foil packets with strips of 5 in. The drops are resealable by turning the lid upside down and securing to the top.

Are the vials easy to squeeze and to get the dxrops out?

Yes very easy. After the first few I shake the vial get the drops to the top before I take the cap off and that helps to get the last few out. I can get about 10 -12 drops from each vial.
