The marketing and glossy packaging of this product is reminiscent of the kind of thing you would expect to see with a worthless miracle cure supplement sold through a multi-level marketing get-rich-quick pyramid scheme. Whoever is advising the company to take this approach is doind a great diservice to the real science that may lie behind NR."NAD levels fall 65% as you age! Niagen boosts NAD levels 40 - 50%." Copying big pharma's use of relative values that sound impressive but that most people don't have the skills to understand. Using their ad chart showing a max NAD level at age 30 -- let's call that value 100 -- declining to a minimum at age 70 -- let's call that value 1 -- a 70 year old man may very well increase his NAD level 50% to a whopping and hardly noticeable 1.5.That said, there is an abundance of legitimate research on the potential benefits of NR supplementation. This product appears to be the best available and likely worth a trial run. After one month of 300mg/day I've personally noted a definite improvement in sleep quality and possibly a percieved increase in exercise tolerence. I plan to continue using and experiment with a slightly higher dose for one more month.

Definitely worth it! From the very first capsule, I felt the difference — my energy increased, and I felt more alive. Even though they recommend two capsules a day, I only take one and feel amazing.Highly recommended! I had tried many other products before and felt frustrated because most of them were just hype.

I liok younger now

Very deceiving, and disappointing. It says 300mg right on the bottle but evidently they are only 150mg each capsule (?!?) so you’re taking 2 to equal the 300mg. The suggested dose is 1,000mg for my age range so I will have to take at least 6 of these a day. I will be going through this bottle WAY faster than anticipated. That should be made much clearer in the product description and listing information. I have not tried the product yet so my rating of 3 stars does not pertain to the actual effectiveness (it made me choose a number of stars to give) I just really hope it works considering I will be buying double the amount I thought I would be every month and it costs up to 3X more than other NAD+ brands on Amazon.
