Callaway Men's Strata Tour Complete Golf Set, Prior Generation (18-Piece)

Awesome value - this is a great golf club package - all clubs seem to offer excellent quality. All grips seem to be well fitted despite some earlier reviews showing defects. I'm 5'10' and these clubs are just the right size (height) for me. The price of the entire set compares to just the price of a modern driver at my local golf store - surprising! The golf bag is light but not flimsy. Slightly smaller (narrow) than I thought - but it is lightweight and meets the needs of holding the clubs. I have no complaints. I'm an average golfer - playing once or twice a month - I'll never win a tournament - but at least now I'll look good as I muddle my way thru the weeds. I recommend these clubs to all weekend golfers.

Left my old clubs in my winter condo and bought these for my summer place. Expected them to be the same or maybe slightly better, but they changed my whole game. It took me a while to get used to how much further each club gave me. My first three outings I kept over shooting. I moved down between one or two clubs and the driver gives me twenty more yards Than my four hundred dollar old one.

Took my new Strata Tour 18 piece set to the driving range yesterday for the first time. After not playing for nearly 2 years, I took the driver out first and crunched a drive 250 yards! Then just to be sure, I did it again! Then I went through the bag and every club (including the hybrids were extraordinary in performance and forgiveness. Only a few arrant shots all the way down to the 60 degree wedge....which was the best around the green club I have ever played. In all, this is the very best performance set of clubs I have ever owned. NOT just for the beginner, like they are advertised .....they are for the accomplished golfer who wants consistency in their play. Outstanding!

I like the way they feel the most. I was amazed how well they all just hit the ball. The wedge is a big wow. Have not tried the putter yet. I’m sure I will like it as well. It all looks nice too. The bag does look and feel well made. I like the backpack straps myself. It will come in handy on walks down the road to the local range.The bad thing was when I got it it was already opened and I didn’t get any paperwork in it at all. Big no no. Please send me the paperwork and anything else that might have come with the package. Other then that, I love the clubs. They are my first new tour set and I’m proud to say that they are well worth it.

Ok, I’ve used these a few times now, I like the clubs. Not sure about the 7 iron in mine, angle doesn’t look right when I take it out.Also, if you are advertising that they are Callaway Strata, there is nothing on these clubs to identify Callaway being a part of them. Remove Callaway from your Title and maybe put it on the description when people review it. I’ve seen so many complain about that before I bought these.To me, I’m good with how they work, and don’t care nothing on them say Callaway, because if they did, the price wouldn’t be so low. Those complaining they don’t say Callaway, but say the price is great and the clubs are great, keep quiet!!!!! Just to have the logo with increase the price

This is a very nice set. I am a beginning golfer, and my golf pro instructor says that this is at least as good as intermediate sets.

One of the best set of clubs that I've ever bought. The driver is so forgiving allowing me to easily drive 225-250 yards straight down the fairway.

Really like the clubs as a set to get started with. I started to hit them straighter than my buddies playing with Taylor made. Have a few draw backs that I noticed and some major flaws with the driver. One issue I have noticed is the grips are a little rough on the hands. They do what they are supposed to but you can tell they are on the cheaper side this is totally subjective. Just my opinion . Now to the driver! I completely understand they had to make a sacrifice somewhere along the lines to make the price affordable to people looking to buy a decent set before they blow 1200 plus on something they end up getting out of. The driver is absolutely awful it dings way to easy it actually leaves the ball print embedded in the club face. Don’t hit very well. My buddy has a m4 and I hit it almost twice as far (no joke this driver sits at 150-175 on most drives). Like I said the irons and hybrids are great woods have a nice feel as well. I tee off with woods more then the driver when I’m playing alone just so I can hit straight. Five star anyway Bc I knew the driver wasn’t gonna be that great. Definitely would buy if your new to golf and looking to start out.

Un peu déçu car un des headcover est marqué d’un crayon feutre noir sur la partie blanche ! La boîte à déjà été ouverte ! Le sac de golf est vraiment d’un Qualité médium ! Reste à essayer pour voir la qualité des bâtons !
