La Specialista Touch - Espresso Machine 10 Preset Drinks Metal

Used to work in roasting coffee, roast my own at home and have had a number of bean to cup machines over the last 8 years. Bought this a returns item at a great discount as I'd always had Sage machines, wanted a change but wasn't 100% sure. So delighted to have been proven wrong, this is a great machine. The Sage had been a Barista Touch Impress, auto tamp etc. The manual tamp on this machine is great, with the holder for the basket and markings on the tamp itself I'm getting the same consistency with no problems and actually enjoy being a little more hands on again. The screen interface is great, responsive and easy to follow. Dialling in new coffee is a breeze. The auto foam wand is also consistently good across everything from latte to flat white and it does well with plant milks. And the water reservoir, compared to the Sage, is a revelation 🤣 It's always the simple things that make the difference, but not having to wrestle a heavy, water-filled plastic container round the back of the machine is genuinely a bonus. Wouldn't go back, De'Longhi have really impressed me with this machine.

I was sent a faulty product that tripped the fuse in my house. I was not offered an exchange and now the cost has gone up but I have not been offered any compensation

First off this is a great machine, has smart functions including - will tell you if your espresso grind size is wrong and prompt you to make adjustments.Easy to clean, comes with descaling tablets.Auto milk steam function is good for lattes and cappuccinosInstructions are very easy to follow, including set up and first use , has a variety of options for drinks including cold brew , only downside is grinder cannot be removed for cleaningOverall appearance is clean, and fits into any kitchen space easily , touch screen is easy to use, alerts you via the screen when it needs cleaning and maintenanceGreat overall purchase, very happy and many coffees made!

Très bonne machine, facile à prendre en main et qui permet vraiment d'ajuster les paramètres au type de café
