Will this set up work on a champion electric thrower?

It will wok on any thrower if you can modify the connecting plates so it can be bolted on.

Is it possible to keep the wheel kit when putting the wobbler on the Raven thrower?

I don't know what a "wheel kit" is. but we have a launcher on top of a wobbler the thrower. it is great. very unpredictable ie. like realy hunting conditions.

Does this require a second battery to run?

Both units can run on a single deep cycle battery. No need for a separate battery for each unit. This wobbler really ups the game. You have no idea where it's going to toss a bird. Easy to install and use as well..

Does it come with the legs?

As the picture shows, mine did come with legs.
