And they're really good. Great for listening in the car on long drives. The stories are short abridgments of the writer's more popular novels. The voice acting is really good, especially Hugh Grant's! Review: Love a Good Mystery - Interesting stories. I love a good mystery.

Very british detective and private detective, hard to follow.
Three different actors voiced Adam Dalgliesh in five episodes. Two different actresses voiced Cordelia Gray in Two episodes. Hard to keep characters straight, both male and female voices similar, no one very distinctive. I wrote down the names to keep track. At the beginning of In The Skull Beneath The Skin, two people were strangled and these murders were never tied in. I tried very hard to like these. As the expression goes, They all left me flat. Agatha Christie's Poirot, Miss Marple and Tommy and Tuppence are much easier to follow. I am the wife.
