Anything special about this oil, other than it comes in a black bottle - with pictures of ars on it? synthetic? ptfe?

It's definitely synthetic. Lasts about as long as Slip2000 or MPro 7 lube. Works very well...especially in cold conditions. It is very runny tho so a little goes a long way. I don't think there's any PTFE or Teflon in it.

Can i use this on any fire arm ? Pistols ?

Yes but i prefer normal hoppes no 9
