Only if you can COMPLETLY surround the box with the shield or measure the EM field to determine the field direction and enclose the box with a closed loop normal to the field direction

Can i use this foil for core material and concentrating magnetic flux?

Yes, magnetic flux does concentrate in the material due to its high permeability. But, if you are making a laminated core or tape-wound toroidal core this will not be correct because the foil does not have an insulating coating to isolate each lamination. So, you will have eddy current losses. The frequency for 100% skin depth of this .010" thick Foil would be 300-400Hz. We make and sell custom toroidal and rod cores in our factory.
