Wheat berries are a wonderful side dish!
The wheat berries are excellent, however, I didn’t know how to cook them. I got them for a recipe that I have, and I thought the package would contain the directions, but it didn’t! I had to ask Siri how to cook wheat berries! But her directions were very good, and my dish turned out just great.

Great for Koliva!
I purchased these to make the Easter Orthodox Koliva which is used for memorials for loved ones that have passed. I was skeptical as I have never used this product but it was fantastic and boiled perfectly without having to peel anything.
