A very good read
What a great read, I've read many so called spiritual books but none of the authors seem to be living in the real world. This author helps the reader to understand that yoga is not just for the body but the mind also, and to live a good yoga life in a not so perfect world.

Like she’s sat reading it to you herself .
I took this with me on a solo holiday - it was the best companion! Well written, no woo-woo BS. The mantras and advice are like having that kind inner dialogue reminding you to do your best and leave the rest. Be kind to yourself and don’t give up, go to your mat as though it’s a gift your sharing with yourself and then off it allow it to consolidate and resonate through your day. It’s now got highlighter pen all over the pages as those nuggets of wisdom make you stop and go....’of course’!! I’m a true believer that we attract what we need and I’m glad I was attracted to this book as it’s definitely a ‘go-to’ book well after finishing it. Definitely worth the money and one that won’t just look pretty on your bookcase, unread!
