I unfortunately have had to take laxatives pretty regularly for years. Even my G.I. doctor is shocked at my insistent ability to be inconsistent. Amazon no longer sells the brand I usually get so I randomly ordered these. Let me tell you, if you want a cure to not being regular these pills are it.This stuff is so effective I'd make plans to not have any plans the day you take them. When it hits you you're gonna have to run to the bathroom to make it. I recommend being on the same floor as a toile. Also, when you think you're done you're not. Give it like another two hours and you'll find yourself in another mad dash to use the bathroom again. Toilet on the second floor of your house? Then that's the floor your staying on for the day. I mean it.

I get stopped up when I travel, work or for fun. I normally take the name brand stuff when I get home to unclog everything. Took it at night and as advertised everything cleared out first thing in the morning. I did deduct a star because this gave me gas. Not only that, but it made each toot 100% untrustworthy. I repeat, you can not trust a single toot, no matter how small and obviously only gas it is. This is not something you want to take if you aren't going to be near a toilet for at least 12-16 hours. I wouldn't take this then go on a hike, or head to the office Christmas Party. Definitely do not dress in white pants for at least 24 hours post pill. Now I'm off to review Hanes boxer briefs and their flak catching ability.

What is there to LOVE about a laxative? Well, if you've got a recurring obstructed bowel as I have, and you land in the hospital all too frequently despite being careful about your entire regimen of diet and exercise, you can LOVE a laxative for what it does to keep you out of the hospital with a nasogastric tube stuck down your nose and throat. ICK!!!! Together with another strong laxative which I also purchase from Amazon, all by doctor's orders, I have been able to maintain a non-obstructed condition for three months. That's something when you are usually landing in the hospital every 2 1/2 weeks! This product is the maximum strength that you can get in sennosides, which is a gentle laxatve, but it works. Thank heavens that it comes in this strength because I can take just 2 pills instead of 4 or 5, AND this is much more economical than the lower strength. It also has a very good enteric coating which makes it easy to swallow, a problem I have because I'm very dry. This doesn't make a great gift, but it sure does do the work that it's meant to do. I recommend it highly.
