Amazing product and painless! Did not make my cerumen impaction worse, in fact it helped clear up the impaction. Very easy to use and plenty of new attachments so you won’t be running out any time soon.

Total junk. Doesn't work for any of the ears in our family. Maybe if you had visible chunks falling out of plugged ears it could help with the excavation! The force needed to grab the wax from well maintained ear canals is uncomfortable to impossible!

Cleans well

Very easy to use ear cleaner. My son is always coming in from playing outside and his ears are just covered in dirt so you can only imagine what the inside of his ears look like. This device is great for cleaning out the inside of his ear canal. Very easy to use and clean

The corkscrew ends are so long it's an uncomfortable situation. I cut off the tip to make it shorter, so it feels better. But I haven't convinced this thing to clean my ears once. Nothing really gets pulled out. And I'm not sticking the metal things in my ears.

Been using only a couple silicone ear cleaners for 5 years since switching from single use ones. Had other ones that were too small but this is the perfect size to keep in my cabinet
