Blends so well

It’s a nice brush but I received a defective one where the inside had broken off and it rattled loudly when using and the weight was off. I was sent a replacement and within a few days it ALSO broke in the exact same spot. I’m not bothering trying a third.

I’m not the biggest fan of this brush. It looks super good and good quality. But when I use it with liquid foundation, the brush hair’s clump together and feel scratchy. For the record, I’ve never owned high end brushes. This brush isn’t as good as cheap brushes I’ve used. The handle seems to be of better quality than the actual fibers of the brush. I like this better for powder products. It doesn’t have the same scratchy feel. The brush works though. It definitely blends, it just doesn’t feel great.

This arrives in a cute little, compact box. When you remove the brush, you will see it has no protective plastic over the bristles. So, give this a little wash before you use it. Now, do know that this is not retractable and does not have a cap. However, it is really cool that this is vegan and cruelty-free. That means a lot to me. This isn't a soft brush, but that's okay because it does a good job of blending highlighter, bronzer, etc. There was virtually no fall-out of bristles and this washed easily. Because this is not retractable and has no cap, it is best for home use. Nice for blending!

I really like this brush but I was astounded by the price point. I wasn’t sure if this type of brush deserved to be such a high price considering the brand isn’t we’ll know (to me atleast). So I went to google to research similar brush styles and found that brands like morphe and Tarte do have brushes at similar price points. But again, they are well known brands. When it comes to the actually brush, it’s very nice! I like that the handle is a bit on the heavy side as it makes it feel more luxurious for some reason. It works especially well with powder of course. I didn’t like how it blended blush though. All in all this is a nice brush but I’m struggling to validate the high price point when compared to other brands.
