Just curious? Do you say “keto friendly” because that’s what’s hot so you want to take advantage of that or do you just lie just to lie?

I think the maker says keto friendly because it has low (3 g per serving) cane sugar but on the other hand it also has wheat and most people on keto diets would not eat wheat or sugar so it's probably not really keto. There are different versions of keto, different levels of carbs allowed so at 13 carbs per serving, that would be on the high side. To be honest, they should probably say low carb, not "keto friendly."

Packaging size could be confusing...ALSO ASK Amazon to package this product to ship to you.

This product has been repackaged from the bag I had bought around Christmas in 2025. There is only 1 cookie in each single packaged snack. It tastes the same but they are the same size of the "2 cookie package" I had bought at Costco.I'm glad I got them on sale thru Amazon because the price was OUTRAGEOUS when I was looking for them on line.I had seen some complaints about the boxes being opened, crushed or damaged thru shipping. There was an option to have Amazon "package this product to ship for free...Thank you Amazon! They arrived w/o container damage...although one box was "opened" All the contents were accounted for and looked fine. I am a Diabetic and am always looking for a treat when I need one. This cookie does the trick and does not shoot my blood sugars up.

Delicious, Bite-Size, Better Ingredients.

This is really tasty! I recently became obsessed with Stroopwafels (crazy good), but I'm generally health-conscious, and the ingredients and sugar just weren't cutting it. When I found this product, the reviews were so mixed that I was unsure, but I went for it anyway. I love the simple ingredients, and it's so much healthier and less sugary than many other treats on the market, including the original irresistible Stroopwafel.I have to admit- I wasn't satisfied with the first two I tried. They tasted a bit strange and had a weird aftertaste. I was disappointed. Then, every single one after has been absolutely delicious! I guess I just got a couple flukes! Every wafel is individually packaged. It's fresh and chewy, although it's very crumbly on the outside. These are minis, so one whole wafel is gone in a single bite, plus 34 calories. I highly recommend the dutch caramel & vanilla flavor!
