Super comfy - easy to put together - and amazing features!

This chair is fabulous, however, it is a little too big for me at 5'4" and 120lbs. but I can live with that. The only reason I did not give 5 stars on this chair is due to the assembly Instructions. They are strictly diagrams with little to no words. Which is fine, but when you try to attach the last piece which connects the back of the chair to the seat of the chair it is not even clear as to which way it should face. The piece I am referring to has 4 holes on one end and 4 holes on the other but the part is not straight it jogs back, and there is no way to tell from the diagram how you attach it, and unfortunately it fits both ways, you can flip it over and makes no difference, but I know it should go one way....please tell me what way is that? Does it attach to the back of the chair and jog back to the seat, or does it attach to the chair and jog forward the seat? Whichever way I attached it, I feel I did it backwards since after two weeks I can hear spring noises when I move a certain way

The locking mechanism that holds the chair with the base (strolling legs) were just broken by my weight.The customer service was great, but I don't feel it was fair for me to try the defective item again with the same part, so I asked refund. Two things that this company could succeed in chair business that I suggest: 1. Change the part with stronger material. Cheap metal will be rotten and broken. My weight is 257lbs. 2. Chanrge the angle of the back rest connecting plates. I felt it was more than 110 degree when I was sitting in normal position. 90-95degree will be better for me to focus on working. I couldn't use the back rest or massage vibration due to the wide angle of the back rest from the seat. My back did not touch it. Good luck with your business, and please understand that I am raising this concern from public safety and fairness for the consumer side.

We like this chair, Installation was very easy. Although it’s not real leather, the material feels nice to the touch. I often have back pain, and the heating function really helps relieve it. Highly recommended!

I love the chair but the heat and back massager do not always work. There is a weird power issue with the chair: it does not work in all our plugs. I will plug it into a new plug and it will work fine. Then I will turn it off and when I try to use it again later, it does not work in the same plug. If I try a different plug it will work. I bought 2 chairs and they both do this. We even replaced all the outlets in the office thinking that was the problem and that helped but I still have problems with it not working at times. I have tried to only have it plugged in when I am using heat or massager but that does not solve the problem either. It was too much of a hassle to disassemble the chairs and send them back so we still have them.

This chair is very comfortable. The heating part is a nice addition. The massage is just vibration but nice to have as well. For the money it’s a great value.
