I have been using this magnesium supplement for a few months now, and in that time I have become reliant on it to help me fall asleep - I think it’s excellentI spent a lot of time researching supplements that have a relaxing and calming effect. If you’re in a similar situation and having trouble falling asleep then I really recommend this.I take 3 before bed as instructed and combine them with L theanine and a cod liver oil complex - this is a well documented effective ‘sleep stack’ - and in the morning I take an ashwaghanda ksm66 supplement. I have gone from lying in bed with constant repetitive negative thoughts keeping me awake, to falling asleep almost immediately.I find these to be a really good quality tablet with no taste, no trouble swallowing and one of the best value for money (I looked at a lot of them!) and I really truly feel I sleep better taking them. I also had jumpy legs and cramps quite frequently at night and I don’t get this at all nowThey come in a sturdy paper resealable bag - they used to come in a bottle which I preferred to be honest, but I appreciate the ethical reasons for the change. Made an incredible difference to my sleep quality. Even with less sleep hours I’ve found myself waking up really rested in the morning.It doesn’t make me fall asleep faster though but I have a less than desirable sleep routine. I’ve re-ordered and will continue to take these!

Excellent tablet helps me sleep on a night highly recommended

I have only been taking this product for 2 weeks but this has been my experience so far.Pros - I take them an hour before bed and I feel as though my muscles relax significantly, especially in my legs. So if you suffer with restless legs this will most definitely help with that.Cons - The size of the tablet is quite large. Everyone is different but personally I find them quite difficult to swallow and with having to take 3 it’s quite a task. Secondly I’ve noticed that I’ve been having extremely vivid dreams since I began taking them. To the point where I have moments struggling to differentiate between whether something has actually happened or if it was in my dreams. Sounds mad but I’m giving an honest review. For that reason I’m going to lower my dose to 2 tablets to see if it helps. I will continue to take the remainder of the packet and see if the benefits improve.

Recommend by my consultant as a part of my regime to control my migraines. Been taking it with Vit B2 for a few days now and can honestly say that I have seen improvements.

Good product although as someone who has a massive problem swallowing tablets these are difficult. I am not trying to discourage anyone from buying because they really do work just a personal issue
