Gift set is a good price for the amount you get. I've tried a few other more premium salts but the birch salt that is included with this gift set is next level. It's beyond good and I'm using it probably a bit more than I should. The lava salt is a bit sweeter for a salt which is kind of interesting, but I don't think I'll use it as universally as the normal salt and birch salt. The Arctic Thyme flavor is definitely punchy on the nose but has a more mild taste when actually using it. It's probably the least universal of the set but still a lot of great uses, specifically in Italian cuisine.

I cannot recommend the Thyme and Sea Salt enough - it is delicious and perfect to sprinkle on all types of meat. The quality is top notch and delicious.
