I'd been having nightmares for weeks and a hard time sleeping as a result, after reading about how scents can affect dreams I decided to buy an herbal pillow. The pillow came in a very timely manner, and the stitching is really great, there's no gaps for the herbs to fall out and it seems to hold pretty well. I used it for a week and it really helped ease the anxiety. I've had it for about a month now and it's still got a super strong scent (I keep it in the ziplock when I'm not using it like the instructions say).The scent is a very strong lavender scent but not over powering.All in all great for if you need something to help you relax and get some good sleep!

I was quite pleased that the sachets arrived before expected. This is my second order and this time for two as the hops and other herbal combinations appear to assist my husband in sleeping more soundly with fewer awakenings throughout the night. I place a sachet in the pillow case under the pillow so that the fragrance will be diffused during the night then remove the sachet in the morning and place it in the zip-lock bag in which it arrived for the day. I must confess that our first sachet took a washing machine bath and dryer trip in a pillow case by mistake recently. I dried it out in the sun for several days and was surprised that once squeezed it has its original fragrance. I am using it under my pillow now.

I have had trouble falling asleep due to stress these past few months, but I don’t like to take medications, and was looking for a natural remedy. I came across this Sleep Sachet on Amazon and I love it The scent is more savory than sweet. The sachet is filled with some fairly exotic herbs like mugwort and hops that I don’t think I have ever experienced before. Since I began using it, I have been able to fall asleep faster and it seems like I am getting a deeper and more restful sleep as well. I know eventually the scent of the sleep herbs will fade, but it seems like it might last longer than I thought, because if I give it a vigorous squeeze (as instructed), and breathe it in, I can smell the scent again right away. I am finding the scent to be comforting and calming. I like that it is a good size to take with me when I travel. If you are expecting a sweet scent like a typical sachet, you might be a bit surprised, but once you get used to the more savory and medicinal smell, I think you will love it too.

I wanted to increase the frequency by which I remember my dreams. First night with the pillow I had very vivid dreams. This will definitely aid me in my lucid dreaming practice. The smell isn't bad, it is strong and herbal and outdoorsy. It may not be for some people, but I found the smell calming.

I have ordered a couple other products from this seller before, and I am never disappointed. I ordered this particular sleep sachet as a gift for a new mom (for her to use for herself, NOT in the baby's crib), and I ordered one in another color to keep. These can really be shipped directly to the gift recipient because they are so delicately and beautifully packaged. The scent is strong enough to be able to smell through a thick, memory foam pillow, but not so strong that it may bother your spouse or partner (at least, it did not bother mine). These also make great scent sachets to put in closets and drawers. Beautiful product and perfect gift!

I'm so happy with this lovely, handmade "sweet dream pillow"! So dainty and feminine, beautifully made, and the fragrance is delightful. I gave it to my 92-year-old mother for Mother's Day, and she loves it! I'll definitely be buying more--one for myself, and several for my Book Club friends. Slip it under your pillow, or tuck inside your pillow case, and sweet dreams!

The pillow is beautiful. My daughter, who is a nurse, has been having problems sleeping. This product helps her get and stay asleep.
