bought this a few days ago at a ecostore sale (it's Jewish New Years eve in a couple of days)at first i was "hmm a village where Arab and Jewish women work togather? must be crap quality"but then i opened up a bottle, took a nose and smelled the strong aroma of Syrian olive treestook a sip: and the flavor was quite strongno bitterness but with a touch of spiciness, quite perfect for Rice based dishesoverall i'm quite pleased with the product and i would definitely shop againi guess i learned that "a good cause" and good "quality product" CAN existfairly priced too.would definitely buy more.
