Got this piece of junk today and the thing couldn't work if you threw a miracle at it. Because the locking mechanism for the arm is completely defective, the arm is a floppy noodle without any capacity for rigidity, therefore impossible to use for indicating . To top it all off, there are no instructions that came with this item to verify that you are doing things correctly. The most it offers is a generic phone number that no one answers when you call and has a voicemail that wont even confirm that you are calling and leaving a message for the correct company. I refused to leave a message since I don't know who exactly I'm leaving the message with. Then there's a a QR code that you can scan or, if you wish, visit the Clockwise tools website for helpful videos. The problem is that NONE OF THE VIDEOS this company posted addresses the problem I was having with this product. Ladies and gentleman, the quality of the tool is a reflection of the company that made it: extremely poor. I will be returning this back to Amazon immediately and one of you unsuspecting buyers will more than likely end up with it.

Good intention, poor execution. Arm does not stay in place, making accurate measurements almost impossible.
