Excellent value for money. The aluminum case looks premium and it’s so light (15g) that it’s perfect for 24/7 wear and sleep tracking. The battery easily lasts over a week on a quick 45-minute charge, and the health insights are incredibly detailed. Setup takes an extra minute on Android, but otherwise, it's a fantastic budget fitness tracker. Highly recommended!

Based on my sleep patterns, the band accurately tracked the following data points: - Sleep start time - Sleep (Wakeup) time - Overall Sleep duration - Light Sleep duration - REM sleep duration (Note: I have not done a deep dive into this metric.) - Deep Sleep duration (deep rest) - Awake Times: I was genuinely surprised by the accuracy of the Awake tracking.
