REFUND WAS ISSUED-Roses started dying on Day 2
UPDATE: SELLER ISSUED REFUND SO I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Did NOT last but (2-3) days. Today is the 3rd day and half of them are half dead already. I really loved them when I got them fresh but they should have lasted MUCH longer. Very disappointed because they really are beautiful and I wanted to keep buying more in the future. :(

I had an issue with receiving the kaleidoscope Rose flowers on time before Valentine's Day . Farm direct immediately fixed my problem overnighted the roses.. I couldn't be happier, the roses were fresh and beautiful. I have ordered with this company four times now and they always deliver on time fresh beautiful flowers. Excellent color and freshness.
Flowers came on the later date but still on time. Colors were amazing and worked perfectly for our arrangement design. Very impressed.

Excellent experience!
The company understood exactly what I wanted to order (two dozen roses split between two colors). The representative was patient with me in trying to figure out how to make my order happen and followed up to ensure I was able to place my order. My only negative is the shipping, but that seems to be common these days. Given those issues and the fact that the flowers had quite a way to travel, I expected a late arrival time, but they still arrived in time for my cousin's birthday. My cousin and my aunt were in awe of the beauty of the bouquet! She's wanted a bouquet of one color or the other for a while and this was a nice surprise. Thank you!

Be aware these are dyed roses not real blue roses. Everyone else probably already knows this. ๐ I didnโt. They only lasted for about a week but they were beautiful and my wife loved them. I would buy from this company again.
